- Storing: After cutting the granola bars into individual servings, lovingly wrap each one with plastic wrap before storing them in the fridge, where they’ll stay fresh for up to three weeks.

Healthy Mediterranean Granola Bar- Easy Recipe
Ingredients
- 250 g thyme honey
- 50 g Corinthian raisins
- 200 g Mediterranean stovetop granola
Instructions
- Dissolve honey over medium heat in a nonstick frying pan.
- Stir constantly with a wooden spoon for about 2 minutes.
- Once bubbles start forming, it’s ready.
- Now add the raisins, stir in for 30 seconds, and switch heat to low.
- Add Mediterranean stovetop granola and stir constantly for 3 minutes.
- Once it has thickened and there’s no excess syrup at the bottom of the pan, remove from heat.
- Empty into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Distribute evenly using a spoon or spatula.
- Close tightly like an envelope.
- Cover with another parchment paper sheet on top.
- Press with your hands.
- Press a few times with a rolling pin.
- Leave to rest for 35 minutes at room temperature—do not wait longer than 35 mins because it will become too hard to cut.
- Remove the parchment paper.
- Cut into your preferred size servings using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife.
- Store in the fridge with each bar wrapped in plastic wrap/cling film for up to 3 weeks.
